At Leader Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding, manuals, and hardware included to ensure safe transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a bulky item pickup.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
